Lucede Systems Group was founded in 2004 by two IT executives with a combined experience of 60 years in Fortune 500 IT shops. They had a vision to provide IT services to small and medium size companies with the same rigor and discipline that enabled them to grow a company to the 2nd largest retail company in the USA.
Since it's inception, Lucede has provided companies with IT strategic planning, IT architecture, engineering/infrastructure design and implementation, application development and hosting services. These services have been provided to companies as small as $1M and as large as $20 billion. Our staff consists of Microsoft certified engineers, application developers, helpdesk/support professionals and architects. Our employees have worked for some of the largest companies in the US. Our goal is to provide cost effective solutions that are capable of supporting the unpredictable future requirements of our clients. Our services can be performed onsite or at our facility.
Lucede Systems Group has a core set of full-time salaried employees to include enterprise architects that guide and insure the quality of our solutions. We used all of their IT experiences and developed a methodology, infrastructure and an architectural approach that is proving to be successful in both rapid development, stability and cost effectiveness.
Our employment model is to hire professionals that have the sense of urgency in supporting our customers that exceeds their expectations. Lucede hires 90% of their employees from internal referrals.
